Our claim management service is completely free of charge and available in both English and German.
How It Works
Submit Your Claim
Fully describe your issue using our straightforward online form.
Review and Investigation
We review claims within 5 business days, seeking details if needed. You will receive a response within 72 hours.
Resolution
We aim for resolution within 30 days, with clear updates.
Escalation
If you're not satisfied, you can escalate your claim for further review.

Who Can Submit a Claim?
Claims can only be submitted by individuals or entities who have, or have had, a direct contractual relationship with Validvent. This ensures that we can effectively address issues related to our services and agreements.
